Premier Zone is the prime placement, the most high-traffic area of the exhibit hall. This premium space ensures your booth is front and center as attendees walk in, giving you the highest level of visibility and exposure throughout the conference. Premier Zone is guaranteed for Platinum level sponsors.
Engagement Zone is located in the central part of the exhibit hall. This area balances high foot traffic and strategic placement, offering excellent opportunities for interaction and engagement as attendees circulate the hall. Engagement Zone is guaranteed for Diamond level sponsors.
Networking Zone is right next to where attendees naturally gather near refreshment stations and break areas. This zone offers great opportunities for informal conversations and networking, positioning your brand as attendees take breaks and recharge. Networking Zone is guaranteed for Gold level sponsors.
Discovery Zone at the rear of the exhibit hall. While this zone may be quieter, it provides opportunities for targeted and meaningful interactions with attendees who are taking the time to explore all exhibitor offerings. This is directly next to the refreshment area which gives Exhibitors great opportunities for foot traffic and gatherings of attendees. Discovery Zone is guaranteed for Silver level sponsors.
